It bears the signature of Abílio Pinto Repolho Correia (Administrator) and Edmundo Martins Rocha (Director General of the Department of Macau). Printed by Casa da Moeda de Lisboa and authorised by Decree-Law Nos. 1/80/M and 25/81/M.
